Approve donation of $2,200 in Target gift cards from the Assistance League, Operation School Bell. Donation is accepted on behalf of students’ families that VESD determines to be in need. ACT TO APPROVE SCIENCE ADOPTION PURCHASE TOTAL (Ms. Clark)

In order for each pupil in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade in the Victor Elementary School District to have science instructional materials aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards, we completed a pilot review of instructional materials. All staff and public were able to view the materials and all staff were given an opportunity to vote.

The recommended action is to approve this agenda item authorizing the purchase of science instructional materials.

APPROVE RESOLUTION 20-06, AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY BORROWING BETWEEN FUNDS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT (Mrs. Betts)

Resolution #20-06 will allow payroll warrants to be drawn against the General Fund even if its cash balance is insufficient as long as cash balances in all funds are sufficient to cover the expense.

The recommended action is to approve this Resolution authorizing temporary borrowing between funds of the school district for the fiscal year 2020-2021.
